Outside of Linsley, could we ask for better health at this point in the season?
Well now every time a player goes down Saturday, we can quote this and blame you for the jinx

Thanks a lot, Kyle. We're jinxed for sure!

Just kidding, but I wish Sternberger did not have a concussion

The Panthers are 4-9. Their 9 losses are by the following:

Raiders - lost by 4
Bucs - lost by 14
Bears - lost by 7
Saints - lost by 3
Falcons - lost by 8
Chiefs - lost by 2
Bucs - lost by 23
Vikings - lost by 1
Broncos - lost by 5

The Panthers have only lost by more than a score to 1 team all year including games vs the Saints and Chiefs.

They haven’t looked like a bad team this year when I’ve watched them.

Sadly I don’t think they have a long term solution at QB.

I would call Carolina and Bears most likely to end up with this two QBs after Lawrence and Fields.

So if we beat them by a score, we're as good or better than the Saints and Chiefs. Noted.

Weather will be remarkably mild. About 32 degrees Fahrenheit with calm winds.

We are only pretenders if don't win by more than 21.

Once again want to our defense get in the groove of holding the opponent to 20 or less.

The way our defense is playing, they can certain do it. They have done it the past two weeks. Just need to improve forcing teams into FGs over TDs when they do get in our redzone.

We are only pretenders if we find a way to lose. I really don't care if we win by 30 or just one. The W is all that matters right now.

If we don’t win by at least 20, no one will be afraid of us in the playoffs.

Didn't we also say that against the Eagles, and the Lions?

Maybe they're already not afraid of us.

I will add, that the only thing that scares me on this team is the defense (big surprise). Can we see a run like in 2010, where the D just plays lights out? I'm not so sure they're as talented as that group, but I certainly think it's possible.

Saints in January at Lambeau:

"Alright guys. This team only beat the Panthers by 16 points. WE ARE NOT AFRAID OF THEM!!!!!.....NOT AFRAID ON 3..."

Yeah it is why I really want to see this team at least hold opponents to under 20. We held the Eagles to 10 based on a 4th and 18 conversion. We held the Lions to 21. Let's make it 3 weeks in a row of holding a team to 21 or less.

Honestly it would be so fitting for the Saints to break our hearts, starting Taysom Hill, where he dropped 35 on this defense?

No one will be afraid of us in the playoffs until we prove that they should be afraid of us in the playoffs.

But in all seriousness, this will be the game that will tell me if we can actually compete or if we should start thinking about next years draft.

Yup. It's either win or tank so we are an early exit for the draft.
