So here is one of the plays broken down by Dusty. Gives me more appreciation for what Rodgers saw and also hard to blame MVS on this route as it was just a great defensive design.
It's what Aaron Rodgers does better than absolutely anyone else. Don't take the bait. Very nice concept by the Saints. Will have to save that for a second-rate QB, though.
I mean it forced a punt. A rare #6 sighting is a win for any defense.

ahhhhh, MVS still allows himself to be pushed to the sideline, rather he should attempt to give a cushion then move to the ball when it's in flight, he just doesn't help Rodgers when he goes right to the edge, it forces pin point accuracy from Rodgers.
this vid also shows why Rodgers is hesitant to throw in the middle, specially when there is a defender in back of or in close proximity to the crossing receiver, any mis cue could be a pick, and our receivers have shown at times to be mis cuers, about the only players he really trust are first Adams, then Lazard and Jones, and both are a huge drop off to Adams.

It is a win for the defense, but that coverage is meant to create turnovers. Blitz, leave the hot guy uncovered and bring coverage underneath. You don't run that coverage often and its purpose is to cause eye candy for the QB and make him pay. Rodgers made the right read even though the pass went incomplete.

Interesting no one probable. Wonder how that has compared to previous weeks. Seems like remaining as candid as possible is the new trend.
Surprised to see Big Dog as doubtful. Definitely hurts the run game.
Feel like this will be a big week for Tonyan, Sternberger, or Deguara (should he play). Not sure which yet, money on Sternberger

I don't think probable is a designation anymore.

Probably has been gone for years.

Interesting no one probable.
No such thing, anymore. Only Questionable, Doubtful, and Out.
