Going to be harder to talk pick by pick, but I'll continue to not post spoilers.

Lotta draft left! Fun starts at 11am CST.

I’m thinking Gutey is going to try to get up into the 4th, or even another 5th with all the 6th and 7s based on his comments from the conference call last night.

Absolutely, I would be very surprised if we do not make a trade today.

The Vikings have 13 picks today. That's a lot of picks for Raptorman to chew on. Three picks each in the fourth, fifth and sixth rounds, and four in the seventh. Meanwhile the Saints have none, and are probably done with the draft a day early.

Maybe if I don't watch until our pick it'll tone down any sting.

At this point I'm not even going to attempt who or what position would be a good fit. They have their vision and I'm just going to need to trust it. I feel better about the day two picks after sleeping on it, however I'm still struggling with the Love pick.

I still think we're in a good position to be competitive next year, despite what a lot of what everyone else thinks.

Don't think we will end up with 13. I was betting on 14 total. Let's see if Rick manages to trade some of these for picks next year. Or he may trade up of a player. But I think he will end up using about 10 and the other 3 being used to move up or traded for picks next year. He likes to have 10 picks to start the draft if he can.

I'd like to see us pick up a 2 gap run stopping DT, and a OT to groom, none of the receivers left would be any more then projects, in fact everyone from here on out is a long shot to even make our team.

I agree, but I would be extremely surprised if Gutey sells off the rest of today for 1 4th. Based on the Rich Hill chart our remaining picks are worth 21 points. That might get us to the middle of the 4th.

Yeah I see multiple 5th's if anything.

Though I wouldn't have a problem getting either of those two, there's still a few WRs left in this draft that I think could be difference makers.

How long do you think 69 picks will take. Asking for a friend.

Also, Gutey said they'll start the day off picking of the phones and see if anything materializes that makes them want to trade, but that they feel the board is situated in a strong position where they have picks.

Which I guess means when he weighed the draft's value, he found a lot of good players with 6th round grades? Weird flex, but ok.
