That is the old Outagamie county airport. About a block and a half away from the house I grew up in. My dad used to send my sister and me there on Sunday mornings to buy 2 packs of Camel straights (25 cents a pack) from the cigarette machine. For doing the task, we were allowed to buy ourselves a candy bar.
