Six-Pack Pick'em Challenge: Week 16

Well, well, well...

What a difference a week makes! In what was looking to be a runaway victory for @Backthepack4ever, it's now a sprint to the finish with no less than five participants all either in the lead or within a single pick of the lead. Game on!

BTP4E's 2-pick stumble couldn't have come at a more opportune time for the rest of the field. @wallyuwl, @Papa John, and your humble contest administrator all logged 5/1 weeks and closed the leader gap all in one giant leap. Wally and @lake shark (with a respectable 4/1 week) have now ascended to the top of the leaderboard with the three other previously mentioned competitors close in trail.

Week 15 proves it's still anybody's game. With three weeks remaining the time to shine is now!

The rules are simple:

• Choose an outright winner from the four select games of the week

• Choose an outright winner from the Packers matchup

• Choose an outright upset winner from any weekly matchup

The upset pick can be from the previous five games already in play or any of the other weekly NFL matchups on the schedule, so long as your chosen underdog victor was listed as a kickoff dawg. For reference, a listing of Vegas odds can be found here.

I will maintain a cumulative tally of correct choices with the winner declared at the end of the regular season. You'll get a mulligan for two weeks, be it forgotten picks or a bad week, but the rest are on you. The winner will be declared at season's end for the participant with the most correct picks. In the event of a tie, the participant with the most correct upset picks will be declared the winner. If upset picks also result in a tie, then total overall correct picks (no mulligan weeks) will determine the winner.

A couple notes on the underdog pick this week:

• The Chiefs-Texans line currently assumes Mahomes will play this week. If he ends up sitting, that will likely alter the betting line dramatically. Buyer beware for those jumping on the Texans underdog bandwagon this week.

• The Dolphins-49ers line is currently mixed between casino houses. I will go by the consensus line from the link provided in the OP to determine dawg status at kickoff.

I think I should get credit for the Dolphins as my upset pick since I originally had them but only switched to something else because the odds at the link in the OP showed them as 1 point favorites almost all week when other sites/books had them as underdogs. Then shortly before the game the OP link moved them to also be dogs.
