...not related to the member dynasty league.

Have at it.

So what do you guys think about this trade:

Aaron Jones RB GB
AJ Green WR CIN

for

Michael Thomas WR NO
Tarik Cohen RB CHI

I’m in a league where I was forced to auto draft and got hosed on RBs. My top guys are D’Andre Swift (Det) and Cohen. I still have Davante Adams and Allen Robinson at WR so losing Thomas, while it hurts, could be palatable. Thoughts?

That’s two players for one player.. you might have to do it - Cohen is pretty useless.

Is it a Dynasty League? How big, PPR?

Assuming its a one-year league, one the surface, I would say do it. Jones should have a big year and Green is just steady, when healthy. Also, not sure if you can really count on Thomas (or any of the Saints offense) to perform as we are used to.

It's a yearly 0.5 pt ppr league. 14 teams.

I pulled the trigger. Getting some grief from some league mates because the guy I traded to had the no. 1 overall pick and got CMC and now he has the top, or one of the top, WRs too.

Too bad. I got some wheeling and dealing to do after the auto draft screwed me!

He had CMC and then got to pick Aaron Jones? Must not have been a snake draft because that’s insane

Better hope snowflake AJ Green plays or that could be a monumental fail. Jones should be fine, but he is not scoring 19 TD's again. MT is a sure bet for every single week production, and top end.

I can see league mates getting pissed because his team is now stacked, but that is up to the owners to make trades. Maybe they should have come after MT if they didn't want other dude to get him.

My mistake. I was thinking another league where he had top pick. He had #8 and got Josh Jacobs. Now he has Jacobs and Thomas so they’re bitchin’...

Youre a crackhead. You just gave up probably the 2nd best player in terms of carry potential next to CMC.

Jones is a good pickup but you got hosed. There is always running backs you can snatch up on waiver wires the way they get banged up. Green is playing with a rookie QB. You should have just kept Thomas and tried to find some waiver wire options at RB.

I just helped one of my buddies do his first draft ever. He had the 6th pick in a 12 man ppr league. Somehow Zeke was there at 6 and then when the pick came back around we got Davante. The 3rd round I was concerned about RBs as there was a run so we got Mixon who I felt was a steal. Then 4th round we got DJ Moore who I wasnt to high on but options were slim. Somehow by the grace of god in the 5th round Miles Sanders was there and I couldnt pass it up although Im not the highest on his potential. 6th round we landed Dak at QB. 7th round we got Jarvis Landry as our 1st player off the bench in case of injury. The rest of the draft shaped out with Austin Hooper at TE and the rest of the bench being Jordan Howard, Matt Breida, Deebo Samuel, Phillip Rivers, Eric Ebron, kicker was Mason, and DEF was GB.

QB: Dak
RB: Zeke
RB: Mixon
WR: Adams
WR: DJ Moore
TE: Hooper
FLEX: Miles Saners
K: Missing Crosby
DEF: GB
BENCH: Jarvis Landry, Jordan Howard, Matt Breida, Deebo Samuel, Phillip Rivers, Eric Ebron

League left Mixon until middle of the 3rd?? Are these all rookie FFB players?

Carry potential? Are you talking about ability to “carry” a team? Because if you’re talking about Cohen and touches then you need counseling.

I’ll concede I came out on the shorter end of this deal but I was in a hard spot and the rest of the league is seasoned enough to know it.

Speaking of seasoned fantasy players, that league you helped draft a team for is obviously anything but. If Zeke was there at 6, if Adams was still there at 18, or if Mixon was still there in the 3rd they were anything but seasoned. The fact all three happened tells me you’re dealing with a very inexperienced league. You might wanna slow your roll with congratulating yourself on your skill.

A lot of them were. Mahommes went 2nd. Pretty sure Tom Brady went at the end of the 1st. Almost like people didn’t do any research. It was $50 a person too. I told by buddy if he wins I get a cut but I don’t think there’s any way in hell he doesn’t win.

Yeah in a redraft league you are good, and come out smelling like roses now that Michael Thomas was injured.

If Michael Gallup doesn't do something this week, I'm afraid he's a lost cause. Clearly talented, it seems he's the odd man out in the too-many-mouths-to-feed-offense in Dallas. However, the Seattle match-up would seem to be the game all mouths could be fed in what should be a fantasy feast.

Speaking of which, I currently have him starting in a flex position of one of my leagues. On that same roster I have Davante Adams and Allen Lazard. With reports of the Packers giving Adams up until game time to make a call on his game status, I'm tempted to leave him in that slot and replace him with Lazard should he sit.
