The body doesn't absorb just water very well when doing high exertion activities. Just sits in the stomach snd then comes up. Need electrolytes, some aminos, and simple sugars.

Here's a tweet from Ben Fennel after our game vs the Titans - -

Pretty impressive play from our "Day 3 OTs" so far this season

Packers currently rank # 2 in the league in sacked percentage for the offense

Seems an appropriate thread to place this in.

Some good stuff happening with our run game. This o-line, along with the TEs, is creating havoc with defenses trying to diagnose exactly where the play is going. Good stuff.

That 2 pointer walks in if Walker even gets a tie...

I started saying it last year. I think that Walker is one of the most under-rated players around.

And since our OLine is finally getting past so many penalties, maybe they can now lay a claim to being one of the top units. Even Rhyan is working out fine. Tell me many didn't have doubts about him going into the season.

Rhyan has been solid. I get if they were going to make him a RG it was going to take a while. He was switching to interior and switching sides. The patience has paid off.
