Frankly I say we all just $22, make it quick and easy.
I agree with this despite Matt's generous offer. At what point do we remove Trudge from his team and seek a new owner?

I sent him a note yesterday. If we don’t hear back from him in the next couple days, we’ll try and fill his spot. He hasn’t been on the forum in 4 months, he deleted Facebook. Anyone heard from him? Kind of worrisome.

No, but I definitely noticed the same.

Hey what say we find a Trudge replacement (if necessary) who wants fewer than ten picks in the upcoming draft!

Looking like that will be the plan, Nick reached out to Trudge probably about a week ago now.

Kind of wanted this poll to get a little more action.

But looking like I'll be sending you $140, Nick $60, and everyone will pay in $22 next year.

Nick will be taking over the payment stuff, hopefully he is pushier than me (everyone is), so we won't be in this situation again.

@mnkcarp do you have Venmo or PayPal?

I'll cover it. Been a commish for many years and eaten some fees, so don't want this to linger cause that sucks.

Wasn’t a poll option, no dice.

Update on Trudge:

I reached out to him on 2/19 because he hasn't been on the forum since Mid October, and no one has heard from him. This message just asked him if he planned on continuing with out league. He logged in, read the message, and never responded.

I hate to just ditch someone, so I reached out to him again on 2/24, asking him again and he hasn't opened yet. I sent him a deadline of Monday 3/3. If we do not hear back from him, we will find someone to take his spot and move forward. I hope that works with everyone.

And no one is even able to trade for it.

Some may or may not have been trying just before this conversation came up. ;)

Sounds great. So we'll be sending to Nick at some point prior to the rookie draft?

Yep, I’ll be in touch on our offseason after we figure out Trudge’s plan next week.

No. Nobody from the forum has shown any interest. If anyone has any thoughts, they are welcome. I’m in AZ until Saturday, I will reach out when I’m back.

I'd wait until at least the draft, when the forum activity spikes. I know it will take less than a day to fill if we go outside the forum. I wish we had the manager in place right now so I could flood them with trade offers, but I think it's important to keep it a forum league if possible.

Totally agree on the forum, I just don’t want to replace Trudge with an inactive owner that sits on their hands. This league is already pretty low activity.

I reached out to a few posters individually and still no takers.

Is there a member outside the forum; who could join, that might have a high likelihood of joining said forum?
