Going to be a tough road for sure.

I was switching between the Brewers and Badgers last night. Kept going back to Brewers every time they went to the field just so I could watch Burnes pitch. Dude had every pitch working last night and had Indians batters looking silly. Really hoped Counsel would let him go back out in the 9th to finish it but I get it. He was dominant all night.RingoCStarrQB wrote: ↑11 Sep 2021 19:11Burnes is throwing a no hitter in Cleveland tonight. 13 strikeouts in 7 innings. Impressive.

Brewer's are really hot this year. I'm having a ball listening to them on the radio on my way home from work. I don't get to catch the games on television often, but the pitching is the surprise of the year in my opinion.

Excited to see if they can keep it going into the postseason.

Since the 12-0 embarrassment to the Phillies on Sep 6th, the Brewers have gone 5-0 outscoring their opponents 38-7 with two shutouts to include a no-hitter.
Now that's a bounce back.

Would rather the Brewers go into the post-season a bit hotter than they are. 4 more against the Cardinals, 3 Mets, 3 Dodgers to go. They are better on the road, so hopefully they close out well.

After that mess against the Cards it was good to see the guys bounce back last night with the magic number for the division at 2. I hope they can wrap this up this weekend before they leave for the final road trip to finish the regular season.

Really happy to see this National League wildcard matchup. Will be glad to see either go, too bad it can't be both.
I guess if I had my choice I'd like to see the Dodgers ousted tonight so, if for nothing else, we'd get a break from the constant Dodgers love coverage on the major sports websites.
Soooo......GO CARDINALS!!!

Gotta say I'm not a gigantic fan of the Dodgers, the 2nd best team in baseball by record (1 game back from SF), possibly the best team in the bigs, being forced to play a one game play in game for the wild card.
Not sure how to fix that, just seems crazy after 182 games played achieving what they did, they could be out on fluke game against a crappy Cardinals team. Now I was rooting for St. Louis , but still.
Anyways, lets $%@# go Burnsey!!!

I agree with you on the Dodgers, but it still isn't right. All playoff matchups, regardless if its a play-in or whatever, should be at least a 3 game series.

Good win

One good thing going for them is they have a better record on the road than they do at home...

It's playoff baseball, runs are at a premium.
